WHAT WE DO
Bayview Partners is focused on acquisition, opportunities across the industrial sector.
We will target specific nodes within cities that are witnessing strong absorption, rental rate growth and minimized risk of development oversupply.
DEAL SIZE & APPROACH
We target mid-sized deals and bring an institutional approach to the sub-institutional space. We are targeting deals between $2M and $25M.
Our long-term investment horizon and lean organizational structure allows us to be flexible in our investment approach: we will pursue direct investments and co-investment opportunities with other opportunistic investors.
